Thank you for taking the time to learn more about the American International School of Conakry (AISC). It is a privilege to serve as Director of this exceptional school.

AISC is a vibrant, student-centered learning community offering an American-style education to an international student body here in Conakry. Rooted in our mission — “We develop intellectually audacious, socially responsible citizens of the world” — our school empowers students to think critically, act compassionately, and engage meaningfully with the world around them.

Each day on campus, I see this mission come to life. Our students are proud of their school. They are challenged academically, supported by dedicated educators, and inspired to grow both intellectually and ethically. They are active in sports and the arts, committed to service, and consistently gaining acceptance to colleges and universities around the world.

Our small class sizes and individualized approach allow teachers to truly know their students and support their unique learning journeys. This is a community where every child is known, valued, and encouraged to thrive.
